Hello everyone. I've been doing this diet roller coaster for about a month now. Really need to get serious and stick to it! I've been trying to be more consistent in logging food. I find it very helpful to check this app daily to keep me motivated. I don't have much to lose but it's tough having a love for food and not getting that much support from family or friends. Can't wait to chat with you all more.

I'm in for this I've just lost 3lbs this week for my first week so I'd be up for trying to make it 7lbs or would love 10lbs by Valentine's day. My start weight was 194.0 -
Day 16! Start Weight was 130
Goal weight is 120 by Valentines and 115 ultimately
Current weight is 126!
So I down 4 pounds in first 16 days! Happy with that. Hope it keeps up, I am usually so slow losing I get discouraged and quit. Doing a lot of exercise, trying for 6 days a week. Keeping calories down, banned alcohol as wine is too tempting and has too many calories, think its the enemy of weight loss. Hope everyone is doing well!0 -

did not do too well this week, started this website 5 January at 147, Friday 9 January was down 2 pounds and weighed in at 145, I weighed in this morning and stayed at my current weight of 145, at least I did not gain the 2 lbs back that I had lost the week before. Hopefully the scale will be better to me next week.0
