Anybody care to share ideas for non food related rewards when you hit smaller goals to keep yourself motivated? How frequently do you reward yourself? Or do you have any plans to reward yourself with something when you reach goal?
_a new outfit?
_getting my hair done?
-getting my nails done?
-a piece of jewelry?
-a week end get away?
Please share!!!

    -10 kilos - diving trip!
-15 kilos - start my dive masters again
  • I love these ideas!! I would love to have a nose ring but my hubby doesn't care for it. I'm thinking when I lose 15 lbs, I'm going to get that Fitbit bracelet. When I lose 20, I'll buy two pairs of new jeans. Then when I lose 30 I'm going to buy a few new outfits. At 50 lbs I would like to have a weekend getaway with my hubby. When I lose 75 I want to get my last tattoo that represents my faith, husband and kids. And when I reach my goal weight I would like a shopping spree to get the cute clothes I have always wanted to wear!!

Lol! I know! I figure the occasion calls for it. I wear a lot of fashion jewelry, time to add some nice pieces.

So many ideas! I love Essie nail polish, so each time I reach 10lbs lost I'm going to buy myself a new polish. When I get to 50lbs I want to get myself a waterproof fitness tracker, I need to be able to track my swimming. When I reach 100 I want to get a bike. I haven't been able to ride a bike in nearly 20 years! When I reach my goal weight my boyfriend (who is losing with me! ) and I want to take a vacation to Jamaica. We figure the money we're saving by not going out to eat all the time will more than pay for it! ;)

Thank you Cindy. Recently my sister asked us to go to Disney World with her & her family. The last time I went I weighed 70lbs less and was miserable, being so out of shape. Now that I made this commitment to lose weight I'm looking forward to going. I know I'm going to have a great time!

Thanks my boyfriend's family is from Jamaica and he's been there 19 times, but I never have. I'm thinking of buying a poster to hang up in my kitchen of a beach to help keep my eye on the prize!

You have to take a picture & post it if you can. I'm going to Ulta this weekend to buy a new nailpolish for myself since I hit 10lbs. My only problem is that swimming in a pool every day has pretty much trashed my fingernails. Ah well, at least they'll be pretty!

Noodle~ try putting on a clear coat of nail hardener before swimming. You can use it on the backs of your nails too...since it's clear it won't be noticeable! That should keep the chlorine from damaging your nails as much! And protect your other polish too!
