This week I have gained somewhere between 3 and 4 lbs (weighed in at 154.8 on Friday and didn't weigh myself after that until Sunday when the scale started going up). Water intake is between 9-12 glasses/day, under my calorie goals for the week still, no idea what's up, but I'm taking today as a "reset" day and mostly drinking my meals to see if I can get it all back off and then some by next week. Here's hoping!0 -

I learned this format from the 20 pounds by Christmas Challenge and it helped me tremendously, so I will continue using what works! Mini-Goals are fantastic....much less overwhelming for me.
Start weight: 211 (as of 8/12/2014 when started back on MFP again)

I've decided honesty is the best policy. Did not lose during the holidays but when I really took a hard look at my exercise and diet, I knew it was my own doing. I'm now being more disciplined and am seeing better results.0 -
I love the format cycletrak1 posted so I'm going to borrow it! I run and play soccer, but clearly I've been over eating (and drinking... stupid liquid calories) for my activity level and I want to get back to the size I was a couple years ago. I also have to fit into a bridesmaid dress I bought 2 years ago too without spending money to alter it. My ultimate goal weight by the wedding (4/11/15) is between 130 and 135 so this challenge is perfect!

Disregard my last post. I don't trust this digital scale but at least it's consistent sooo.... starting out 1/15/15 at 217.4.0

1/15/15: 142.6, so down about 2.8lbs since last week. I think it was drinking all that water, lol! (I'm weighing in today because this weekend is going to be weird for my body with dancing, a bit of drinking and probably some less than healthy foods to flush out, lol)0

Well I'm feeling better but I haven't exercised as much as planned - scales reading 2lbs loss since 1st Jan. Signed up for 10k run in May with people from work- this is giving me more motivation to start running again!!
