    Start Weight(Jan 1st): 222.3lbs
    Last Week(Jan 8th): 218.4lbs
    Current Weight(Jan 15th): 213.4lbs

Thats 8.9lbs down in two weeks, I cannot emphasize how important tracking everything I eat and how much water I drink on MFP has been.

1/15/15: 142.6, so down about 2.8lbs since last week. I think it was drinking all that water, lol! (I'm weighing in today because this weekend is going to be weird for my body with dancing, a bit of drinking and probably some less than healthy foods to flush out, lol)

Well I'm feeling better but I haven't exercised as much as planned - scales reading 2lbs loss since 1st Jan. Signed up for 10k run in May with people from work- this is giving me more motivation to start running again!!

Well done everyone, you have all made some great losses! I'd prefer to weigh in on Fridays which is why I'm posting so soon after the 2nd weigh in....

    sw: 158
    #2: 158
    #3: 156 lb

2lb loss this week - I'm happy with that! I think sticking to my calorie goals and keeping up with my fast days has helped a lot.

SW 183 (already kissed that number goodbye! MFP and dear group, thank you!)
    1/8 178.3
    1/15 177.3
So far 5.7 pounds lost, 3.1% down! Gosh I love that spreadsheet! I entered mine today, but thought I'd show off a bit

I can't remember the last time I felt so good about myself. All of the medical problems and disability stuff really whopped me this year. Even more importantly, I am successful with your help AND my same old problems. Thanks everybody for the hard work and committing to a healthier lifestyle! As a group we are down 396 pounds! 20 pounds by Easter....WE WILL DO IT TOGETHER!!!

I am starting a few weeks late, so I will post my current weight:
    159 lbs.

I am hoping to get to 144 lbs :)
I have been stuck at this weight for over a year

    Jan. 1 - 150 lbs
    Jan. 9 - 146.4 lbs
    Jan. 17 - 145.8

I will take this 0.6 lb loss! This past week was definitely a struggle. I came off an 8 day cold, and food tasted SO good! Logging my food helps so much. Next weigh in will hopefully be a little better, but I'm at least going in the right direction!

Don't get discouraged! Taking new meds always messes with your body. Could be hormones or something also. Just keep focused, and I'm sure your next weigh in will be better
