1/15/15: 142.6, so down about 2.8lbs since last week. I think it was drinking all that water, lol! (I'm weighing in today because this weekend is going to be weird for my body with dancing, a bit of drinking and probably some less than healthy foods to flush out, lol)0

Well done on everyone's weight loss! After posting on here and reading some posts it gave me a push to do 20mins of cardio at home!!! Still sweating after my shower but I heard that "sweat is fat crying" haha!!

I can't remember the last time I felt so good about myself. All of the medical problems and disability stuff really whopped me this year. Even more importantly, I am successful with your help AND my same old problems. Thanks everybody for the hard work and committing to a healthier lifestyle!
