Tomorrow will be a better day. Thank you for organizing this 'accountability' thread. You are a really nice person to provide this encouragement to so many of us. I have been married many years and want to lose weight and look like the woman (me!) that my husband married (and get healthier!) Keep trying even one minute at a time.
