    Did you stay under your calorie limit? No, I went about 500 calories over when I went out to dinner with my friends.
    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? Yes

    3. Did you exercise at least 20 minutes today? Yes. (A little over an hour briskly walking on the treadmill with a good incline. I read and watch tv while I walk.)
