No miles today. Weights today. Has anyone used compression wraps for shin splints? I've got a fascia on the muscle on the front of my tibia that is swollen and without a wrap on it, gets tight enough to pull on the lateral collateral ligament of my knee. I haven't been on my skis since Wednesday. Biking helps but without Motrin and biking I can't even walk down stairs.0

@DEAN - Sorry to hear you're in pain! Yes, a compression wrap will definitely help as with the NSAIDS, ice and gentle stretching and flexing to strengthen as much as your shins will tolerate it. Good luck, my friend!
