Thanks, I think I am going to look back in my food log and start eating the things I was eating when I was dropping before. My exercise is good, so maybe a fine tune on the food and my body getting use to the new meds will be what I need.

That's a great idea. I wish I have always logged my food... I love this app. Good luck, you got this!

Don't get discouraged! Taking new meds always messes with your body. Could be hormones or something also. Just keep focused, and I'm sure your next weigh in will be better

Agreed. You are doing great. As you have mentioned to others, look at the non scale victories. You are running out front with Leaving Footprints. Each day you are walking more and more. Everything will balance out

Entered! FYI-So that it would calculate correctly, I entered the same weight for both week weigh-in #2 and #3 :)

Here's the link for anyone else who wants to enter their weigh-in into the spreadsheet.

    Link to spreadsheet:
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AtQ0jKyCWqQbtamBdzxWL-duh4CmQ98Aa26vm07ywwI/edit?usp=sharing

For anyone who is new to the group, please remember to add your name to the bottom of the spreadsheet list so that the coding formulas are preserved. We will take care of alphabetizing it.

For everyone already on the spreadsheet, the only entry needed is for you to enter your weigh-in into the spreadsheet weekly or monthly. The spreadsheet will automatically calculate the losses.

Please note that there must be a weight entered into each week for it to calculate correctly. If you don't weigh-in weekly, just remember to enter the same weight for each week that is blank until you get to your actual weigh-in week. :)

Congrats on all the losses!!! :drinker:

I'm so glad to see that so many folks are finding the "mini-goal" format helpful! Please feel free to copy away!!!

    Keep up the great work!

I forgot I had signed up for this! I was doing really well before the holidays but since my last weigh in (December 20th) I had been gaining/losing the same 2-3lbs. I've been back to being good since last week, and did my first official weigh in of the new year on saturday.

    December 20th - 169lbs
    January 17th - 167.2lbs

1.8lbs loss so far. Here's to keeping it up!

    Week 3: 161.2

-5.6 loss :) The first week is always the easiest though, haha. And I suspect some of that may have just been pure water weight.

Wow, this group rocks - I'm so impressed with the progress!!

I lost 1 lb this week. I found this week to be a struggle: we had a couple of social functions resulting in leftovers which means having party food for 3 meals rather than just 1. Also the weather has been bad so it's tough to get outside for a walk. This means walking in the local shopping mall - boring. I'm hoping to amp things up this week. I'm leaving for Florida next Tuesday and I really want to maintain my momentum while I'm away. So I can't afford to slack off now.

    Here are my stats:
    OSW: 230 lbs
    UGW: 140 lbs
SW for Easter Challenge: 193 lbs
GW for Easter Challenge: 173 lbs
    Current Weight: 189 lbs
Weight Lost with Easter Challenge: 4 lbs
Weight Remaining to Lose with Easter Challenge: 16 lbs
