Love the activity and all the new and returning members too! Welcome back Meg!!
That is what I love about this group too, it helps us get back to basics one step at a time.
Mini Goals week 1/26 to 2/1:
1.) Stay in green on calories - Yes!
2.) No fast foods and vending machines - Yes!
3.) Get 6.5 or greater hours of sleep 5 days - 46 hours week total - Over 7 hrs.!
4.) Burn 3750 calories 5 days (per fitbit) - almost but no
5.) mini goal weight - no

I'm Jenn, and I have been an off & on MFP user since 2011. I've never deactivated my account, I just sort of go dark for a while when life gets crazy. Surprisingly, the reason I checked in today is because my husband, without me noticing, found our scale (we moved into a new apt in Dec) and put it the kitchen where we had it in our old place. I was actually excited to see it there. It was like, "Okay, this is familiar. I can work with this to find some sense of routine/normal again."
So here I am, checking in with only one goal for the rest of this week:
Check in with this wonderful group every day (Tu-Sat) and remember that no matter how lost I might feel, I am not alone.
Much love to the wonderful women who have stayed the course & kept this beautiful group alive & positive & supportive. You have no idea how much of a blessing you are in my life. Muah!!!

Oh I bet it was good too! Well I read the bit about you checking in and thought..hm short, sweet and to the point. lol Didn't realize the Internet ate the rest of it. Frustrating when that happens..grr..

WOW! Welcome back everyone. I just got back from a 2 week vacation and it was wonderfully relaxing. I will start up with the goals for the group next week but good to see familiar and new faces. We will be in a new month next week so a good time to push ahead. We can do this, one day at a time.0

Monday,Tues Check-in (I'll be a day behind because of my sleeping goal)
- Log & Eat - Breakfast 7 days this week 3/7
- Workouts/straightening house up - 5+ gym or home 2/5
- Sleep - 8 hours 3/7

Wednesday, January 28 - Aqua fit class - 60 minutes- 9:00am to 10:00 am- This didn't happened this morning as work schedule got changed and have to be at work by 11:00 (work till 7:30pm) so not enough time to get ready for work after class. Will have to find time for something else.0

I'm happy to report I DID get a workout in yesterday!
Today was a busy/crazy day at work and at home. But my goal for today is to get another workout in. feeling good from yesterday so I want to keep that up!

Hi Meg, Jenn and ForestRose - welcome back!
I was off work yesterday spending time with my daughter, who is a newly minted nurse. She is home for 3 days and then off to work in Jamaica, followed by South Korea. She's a go getter that girl! She makes my head spin with the amount of stuff she's doing. Anyway, it's great to see her after her many months away.
Julie's goals for this week before Florida beckons...
1) Track and be green (2/5) - did not track yesterday, but am back on today
2) Strength training x 2 (0/2) - I commit to a workout tomorrow at lunch.
3) Focus and get your work finished up so you can enjoy your vacation!! - definitely focused!!!0 -

Where as this week gone! I'm so glad the weekend is here! I did get my second workout it on Wednesday, but didn't get one in yesterday and today's not looking very promising. My goal for tonight is to skip the adult beverage at dinner, as much as I'd like one.
