My goals for the week are:
1. Shovel snow - okay I'm cheating on this one, I don't have a choice
2. 3x lifting sessions
3. Maintain calories between 2650-2750
4. 2x Flexibility routine
5. At least 64 oz of water per day

Day 1 of lifting done. I did have to skip bench and overhead presses because of shoulder discomfort. All other lifts were good.
Starting the week off in a calorie surplus, enjoyed lunch a bit too much. Have the rest of the week to smooth that out.0 -
My weekly goals are as follows:
- Crossfit three times
- Walk 20 miles

Maintain weight within weekly weigh in.
Start strength training
So far the first two are on track. Super bowl may be a challenge.

Not a great week.
Got 2 weight sessions in. Shoulder feeling much better and I should be able to resume normal lifting this week.
Blew out my calories. Had 3 days above goal. Average for the week was 2841. Should have planned a bit better for the Super Bowl.
Zero flexibility training
Okay with water consumption. Only 1 day under 64 ozs.0
