    Been keto since 6/2014 and lurking on r/keto for even longer. I've lost 33lbs so far and am currently redoubling efforts to break through a plateau. I would love friends to keep me feeling connected and accountable. I want to stick with this as long as I can and having community will help!

    I've been off an on keto for 10 years after I lost 70 lbs, and gained it all back. I've never been as serious about it in the past as the first time, but I feel like it's a "now or never" time in my life to do this. I look forward to finding encouragement in your own successes, and keeping my fellow Redactors motivated along the way, as I hope some new MFP friends will do the same for me! :D

    Been at this for 15 years for medical reasons. It started as restricting specific things that made me sick, and evolved into lchf being easier for me to manage. I've gained and lost repeatedly in that time, working on losing again. I'm down 201 lifetime, 31 this time - lifetime number used to be a lot bigger, but I got lazy for a few years when life got stressful.

    Been on Keto for 30 days. Weigh myself once a week. Tomorrow is the day (weigh at doc office). Lost 32 pounds as of a week ago, so I'm hoping for some more tomorrow.
