If its over 8 carbs I don't touch it!
There are lower carb Fibre products but they are expensive.
In principle Fibre is not a bad thing to my mind unless it adds carbs. Needless to say I believe in a high protein low carb diet.

If you're counting net carbs and feel the need for it in some capacity go for it! I prefer clearlax personally, it goes well with BPC.

I think it is a good idea. So far it has done a good job keeping me regular. The fiber I am taking is net 3 carbs. So NBD there.

If there's enough fat in your diet, you shouldn't need fiber to keep you "regular." The fat takes over that job.

You don't technically need fiber, but soluble fiber is good food for your gut flora. The amount required is up for debate by many people, but given the groups of people that have thrived on nearly none, I'd say it's not nearly as much as most people think. You should be able to get sufficient amounts from vegetables.
