    i do not know my exact bodyfat% but I know its within the average healthy range. I mostly want to tone up. If i feel good and my clothes fit more comfortably at a different weight other than my GW that is fine with me. I just wanna be comfortable in my own skin and need some help staying motivated!

    Hi everyone! I'm 33, single mom of one boy, workout on my lunch only (short but at least I'm there) and seem to be stuck at a seriously long and frustrating plateau!

    I've gained about 10 lbs in the past 6 months, I don't necessarily want to lose it, bc before I was lanky looking. I want to use this weight gain to my advantage and tone it up!

    Anyone in a similar situation would be appreciated, because it's not been easy staying on track when I don't see any changes after over a month of changing my everyday lifestyle!

    I do home bodyweight/cardio workouts, and my boyfriend and I go to the gym for HIIT and lifting. In college I had an eating disorder and my weight dropped to 138, but I was still tubby. Once I recovered, my weight stabilized, then I met my boyfriend and gained some relationship weight. I don't really care what I weigh in the long run - I just want to be happy with my stomach. I'm an apple shape, I've never had a toned belly, and I really really really want it.
