Wow 2 whole days of good cycling weather. Oops spoke to soon, rain starts up again tomorrow. So....at lease 2 days off the bike, bummer.

Ahhh...praise God for a pain free run tonight. I think the cycling and weights last night and the two hundred pieces of KT tape that I put on my leg tonight helped immensely. I'd take a photo of it but I might get thrown off this site for exposure..(but then again my entire leg is covered in blue...lol) maybe not.
