    The downside of Florida is now that it's spring it gets very warm quickly. I should have done my run early this morning but I've had 2 late nights in a row getting one kid home from college for spring break and the other one back. Still feeling like cotton candy in my head after getting too little sleep.

    Ran and walked my way to goal - 4 miles. I haven't run much this year but did a mile in 9:58 - 4th time I've broken ten mins. I ended up running a second mile and another half mile in intervals. Great weather for it.

    @Ceci_O_K: Great job on your longest run ever. My longest should be in about 2 weeks. How do you feel?
    @queenegreene: I live in Pittsburgh so it is not a common term in the southwestern part of PA. We had a great day yesterday but it was back in the 20's and 30's today. Yuck!

    Sorry I've been AWOL. Between work and my daughter's spring break, I've been running all over. I wish there was more moving involved, but I have a another 9 days to make up for that, right?

    So if I've figure this right, I need to average about 3 miles a day to get this done. Hmmm, should be possible.

    Hey, Wait a minute, the spreadsheet has my goal as 108 miles. :o
    Now that is not going to happen. Can we take it back to my planned 75 miles? Please? (Or is this the price I pay for disappearing for a week. ;) )

    Thanks! I was tired after, but recovered enough to ride 22 miles with my girls' group yesterday. This is my last "hard" week of training, then a 2 week taper to race day. I'm ready to get it done!

    adding .5 mile for Friday 3.20 and I ran a 5K on Saturday!! Of course it was snowing so the roads were awfully slippery, but it was still a great time. With the race and my warm-up/cool-down laps I'm adding 3.5 for saturday.
