 Hoping to find my "twin" and other sisters as well!

 I work at a law office, so I'm usually stuck sitting most of the time, though I try to get up and move every 15-20 minutes or so. In the off season (I play co-ed softball in the spring and club field hockey in the summer) right now, so I try to get to the gym 3x a week with on of my coworkers. But she's already a stick figure, so her goals are wayy different than mine, so hence why I'm here.

 40, (huh?! How did that happen?)
 currently 126lbs
 wanting to lose 7 lbs by the beginning of June.
 Don't have a clue how to do it. Have no idea about calories, just know what's healthy and what's not. Working out 4-5 times a week, plus daily dog walks. Don't know if I eat enough, or what? Need someone who knows what they're talking about to help me, please!

 I am in my ideal weight range but I'd like to get down from 26% body fat to anywhere below 20%. I'm guessing by around 105, I will have gotten low enough to reach that percentage. But honestly, I don't know how I'll feel at 105. It may be too extreme, especially with muscle gains. I may be happy around 110 to 115.
