    Eating mostly healthy foods with some sweets in moderation.
    Exercising four to five times a week. My preference is strength training, but I also try running a few times each week (two to five miles at a time).
    Working to lose fat and tone up!

    I was always active until corneal transplants, and some complications. Seeing much better now. Getting back to cycling...which I love. And now that the weather is good...Some beneficial gardening. Keep smiling ladies it keeps the face from wrinkling. :D

    I'm 20 years old and between 5' 8" and 5' 9" (apparently depending on how the nurses are feeling at the doctor's office when they measure me).

    My CW 160lbs. Highest was around 170, and my ultimate goal is 135. I've been this tall since I was 12, and I have a broad frame so it really is hard to tell when I'm gaining or losing weight!

    Im a ballet dancer, and as a dancer i need to be skinny, im actually one of the biggest of my class. I NEED to lose the weight, since im.going to be one of the principals on the next production we are doing. Only problems is that i really love food, and i dont tend to eat actual plates but i eat a lot of snacks. Thats my biggest problem. But im working on it

    I am in remission from Graves Disease. I was 122 before this all hit and packed on 15 lbs in the last year and a half. I used to excersise daily, but now, I do about 3x/week. I need to work out more and quality vs quantity. I want to get back down to my goal weight and build muscle as well.

    I'm 16 and enjoy going to the gym and getting on the Open Stride machine and lifting. I play soccer, swim, and throw discus! I run sometimes too. I eat healthy meals but have trouble not eating my weight in candy at night. Who's my twin?? :)
