I had planned to run 2 miles today but when I was about 1/4 mile from my house, I came upon an elderly woman who had fallen down. Had to call 911 and by the time help had arrived, I was a bit distracted and decided to just run home. What a day! Luckily, I don't think she had any serious injuries.

I ended up going to gym again after work yesterday, so I have additional number for yesterday and then I went again this morning.
4/13 - 2.15 Miles on the treadmill walking
4/14 - 2.5 miles on the Octane Trainer which is an elliptical machine. The machine said I did 3.75 miles but I am not so sure about that, so I would rather not count it.
