    Just back from disc golfing with both my boys and two of their friends. An extremely physically challenging, but beautiful and high quality course!! It's one they do championship tournaments on here in Minnesota. And my son talked me into a season pass so I'll be doing it 8 or 9 more times this summer to get my money's worth! :laugh: It was 18 lonnng holes with a BUNCH of severe grades and stair flights both up and down....I was sucking wind a number of times! :laugh: But we had a great time and I added 3.2 miles to my total. :drinker:

    Oh and out of the group of the five of us...I had the highest score of all BY FAR. That means I won, riiiiight???? :wink: :laugh:

    Hope you're all having a happy, healthy day and are enjoying some decent weather for a change. Can't complain too much about our weather here... :sunglasses:

    Okay....I did another distance run today and I feel like I was run over...lol.
    April 11: 16.53 miles. Ran 12.53 miles and walked 4 miles to get the kinks and stiffness out...lol

    FINALLY a day above 10C here!!! Who shoveled this morning so she could hang her punching bag and suspension trainer outside? That's right! This girl right here! And punching that thing felt great :)
    Also had a great reunion with my pull-up/chin up bar. I think everybody was as happy to see me as I was to see them. :D lol

    @Just_Ceci: Congratulations on finishing your first Half Marathon! I was thinking about you yesterday as I plugged along doing 12.5 miles. You had an awesome finish time too. Good for you.

    April 12: Today was supposed to be a rest day but I found my hamstrings, glut and calves stinging a bit from yesterday's run so I got on the bike and took it for a nice easy ride. (Besides, it was a beautiful day here.)

    Adding 23.27 for the 8th to 11th. Friday the 10th did a little hill walk - and forgot to wear my Fitbit, can you believe it. I tracked with runtastic. Both Achilles are tender from the height climbed - the track is quite steep in places. It was early in November when I damaged the left one. :'(

    5.1 mile run/walk. Ran 2 miles in 20:32 on four hours sleep, which is good for me even when I'm awake.
