    Tuesday afternoon, I ran 4 miles with speed intervals (4.75 total)
    This morning I ran my last run before my half on Saturday. (4.6 miles).
    Too bad I can't count running after the grandkids!

    Got another good brisk lunch walk in today (1.5 miles) between downpours and then went to the gym tonight after work for a little beatdown of the treadmill of me mostly running on it (2.3 miles). :laugh:

    5 miles this morning. I think my training program heard me complaining because now my long run is only 12 miles. I really don't understand how it thinks. But it probably says the same about me LOL.
