    Oh my...ran after teaching all day and an hour of afterschool intramural volleyball. It was almost 80 outside. I felt like I hit the wall after running in mid 40's and 50's all week.

    April 13: 10 miles...Running 4 miles, walking 2 miles and cycling 4 miles
    TTD: 130.76 miles

    Adding 38 miles for 217 out of 350. That was a lot of climbing today. 2021 feet of gain. Remind me to call for a sherpa and an oxygen bottle next time. By the way, Hammer Perpetuem works better than Gatorade.

    Go to walk with Bean this morning for 2 miles then dropped him off with DH and continued on my own. It was a beautiful day today!

    I ended up going to gym again after work yesterday, so I have additional number for yesterday and then I went again this morning.

    4/13 - 2.15 Miles on the treadmill walking
    4/14 - 2.5 miles on the Octane Trainer which is an elliptical machine. The machine said I did 3.75 miles but I am not so sure about that, so I would rather not count it.

    MTD - 33.91 miles
