As I'm getting smaller, I'm having trouble keeping my motivation up. I find myself saying "oh, I look good enough" wayyyyy too much. I'd love to find another TALL twin!0 -

I was 11% BF about a year and a half ago, but was doing mostly spin classes 4x a week. Now I'm back into my kick with powerlifting, and cycling also, but only for 20-30 minute bikerides at a time. Looking to tone up and gain lean muscle!0 -

I'm aiming to step up my exercise routine to at least 3x/week to tone up. I'm content with my size, but want to get leaner and reduce my BF while gaining muscle.
My biggest diet challenge will be reducing my alcohol consumption and committing to lifestyle changes. I do love my wine and beer! While I don't expect my twin to have the exact same challenges, similar stats/goals would be ideal.

I definitely care more about reaching my body fat % goal than my weight goal, but with my LBM being around 100 lbs the two should coincide. I want to build some muscle but I'm not competing or anything, and I'd like to build my endurance but I'm not training for a race. Just wanting to get back to feeling more confident and less lazy!! I've been nursing a back injury on and off which is one of the main reasons for my struggle to keep in shape. That, and I loooove to eat. Trying to eat more appropriately so I can have the energy to workout and can get results to motivate me!0 -

I said I would be happy to be in my 120s but when you get older it does not come off the same my orginal goal weight was 120 so I am back wanting that just to see if it helps the stomach also really want to tone and build muscle mass any twins or close to it

I'm 20 years old and between 5' 8" and 5' 9" (apparently depending on how the nurses are feeling at the doctor's office when they measure me).
My CW 160lbs. Highest was around 170, and my ultimate goal is 135. I've been this tall since I was 12, and I have a broad frame so it really is hard to tell when I'm gaining or losing weight!
