    Hi
Know any boards that might benefit from being under this group. Bring them in and have them start a Message thread in this "Nutrisystem Group Users" with the others. Lets try and keep them all in one easy to find place. That is why I started this group as open so others could post too.

    Have a Nice Day
    Roger

Hello, friends. I have been part of MFP for a long time (almost 3 years) and used the boards here for a while. I hope you all enjoy it here and I look forward to getting to continue our camaraderie here. Thanks, Roger.

    Hi Lesa
There wasn't one until the 23rd when I started it to replace the NutriSystem one that will be going away in a little while.

    Enjoy

Good morning friends. Thanks Roger for getting us going. I happened to read a pretty desperate post this morning by a young lady who I when I clicked on her name lives in my city. Odds? Anyway I reached out to her.

This is great! I noticed the diabetic friendly signs were gone off the foods. I was not offered any choice for a diabetic diet. What are you all on? (I am pre-diabetic taking oral meds.)

Well FWIW there are only a couple of Non Diabetic Desserts left as far as I can see. They are the
Cheesecake Flavored Bar, Chocolate Brownie Sundae, and the Peppermint Cookie Patty.
All three meals are listed for the Diabetic plan. I have noticed that as NutriSystem reformulates foods they are Diabetic friendly.

I'm not sure why You are not seeing the signs on the order page? I see them there. :)

    Good Luck
    Roger

i see the symbols when I ordered- used to be they wouldn't show up back in the day if they weren't on your plan.

Hi all, happy to see most folks here again -- saw Endo on Monday and he was very pleased. Don't have lab results but from the records I printed out for him he thought my A1C would be great - yippee...

Okay, I went back and saw them. I am hoping it was way early in the transition when I checked the site, and I did not just not see them. But you never know :# ....Thanks!

I opened my BBB and I saw my new friend staring up at me Community. He joined his brother and sister on the shelf. Too bad our community was pushed around, but we did re-group here thats to the efforts of Linna and Roger. A big hug and Thank You! bcbor3pj0vqt.jpg

Donna we should all book mark it from the NS site ( save to fav on your computer) maybe he can add to his post and when we start May will do the same. Do we want monthly or just make it ongoing for now? I'm not sure we need a new one each month.

On going is fine. I'm just wondering how many people we are going to lose coming here that will leave a lot of holes in the SS.

To be honest the same loyal small group are the only ones who utilized it on the NS site. It'll be great to grow this group solid. I must admit not being able to always follow closely because of work and blocks on access was making me feel disconnected. I can access MFP so maybe it'll be better! The ss I can't update via my phone but we'll get it done.,

Looking for Jeff and Kathy. Crystal where are you? Friends- check in. New diabetics or new to us, welcome!

I am really glad to have a site for diabetics. I had not realized NS had one, so this is a good surprise. I really love the groups and it seems like they make such a difference! I am surprised how good my BS's are eating the NS food. They are usually filling and I don't get as tempted because they offer the food I usually have a hard time managing in a reasonable portion. That is usually my problem. (LOL-one of them!)

    Hi Buttons
You are just one of many, Myself included that have substantially improved their BS readings with the NutriSystem Diet. One benefit You would think they would plug more.

    Cheers

I had thought about NS for a long while before starting and then I saw the ad that Marie Osmond did that talked about lowering BS, etc. It finally kicked in my head and I talked to my doc.
So, I finally made the decision and in my 3rd week.
Blood sugars have improved during day with less crashes late at night during sleep.

Yep, I do not think some of them use the program, as this surely would benefit many people, Roger.
Congrats to you, Nightingale! Night crashes need to be avoided! :o

Oh, don't I know and, thank you, Buttons. I've had several in the past year. I honestly am so much improved, however. No recent falls/injuries.

Glad things have improved that much! That is amazing! I have felt so much better, I am surprised I can eat the whole grain products. If I can stay at or below 32g. at a time, I can eat them. That has surprised me, as I like bread and cereal, and was missing them. I can ALMOST see my feet now, so feel a little more stable! LOL! That and coffee and I am a happy camper!

I used to fall alot. Some of it is neuropathy but I didn't realize how much my body size dismorphed everything. Glad to hear you are doing better.

Thanks, linna62. Yes, the neuropathy is present. I'm hoping the weight loss will greatly improve that, too.
