Walked another 4.25 miles today. April total 52 miles.
I know I am getting closer, and I'm pretty sure I can get there, but man goal seems awful far away for this late in the month. If you feel this way too, let's just keep on moving and see just how successful we can be. You would be surprised how much moving you can get done in 6 days. DON'T GIVE UP

I got in 15.5 miles yesterday on the bike. I got a medical clearance to exercise - that all my issues are soft tissue, so I canfeel free to be as active as I want, while listening to my body and limited only for pain. YAY. I taught my spin class, and only the standing climb seemed to increase the pain, so I just backed off at that point.
I'm hopeful that another week of treatment, and I'll be good as new! YAY.
