Older cheese tends to be more keto friendly since there's less lactose. Some find they do better with weight loss and/or digestion when they cut out dairy; others seem to tolerate it better. Best bet is to drop it for 30 days, then reintro and see how you do.0

Yeah by this point I don't care what I gotta cut out lol just want my gains the one thing is I LOVE peanut butter but after this jar gonna stop due to omeg 6s and inflammation now that's gonna be tough0
