    @scarfe9991: Congrats on you half trail run!!!!!! I give you lots of praise for your accomplishment. Not an easy run for sure. I had one on my bucket list before I lost part of my meniscus. Maybe one day I will be a candidate for the new artificial meniscus replacement surgery and will be able to put it back on the list. For now...I am being held together with KT tape....lol.

    Thanks @clepant ! It was definitely harder than I expected! My back was not happy at all lol, I'm ok today though. More sore than usual legs (and hips and glutes) however, ha! I hope you'll be able to get new meniscus one day!

    @LOVEMYALEX - Please recheck your total as you said in your update post that you biked 29.24 and walked 1 mile, but your total only went up 1.7 miles from what was previously on the spreadsheet.

    @JANET - You beat me to updating it today! :) I hadn't forgotten...I was just snoozing. :blush:

    This past week has been crazy.... (New grand daughter) ( taking care other 3 and 5 year grandchildren)

    I went back and did some rechecking on totals for last week...

    This is the corrected....

    *4/23 start miles done 610.59
    Miles done 33.62
    Total miles done 644.21

    *4/24 & 4/25. Start miles done 644.21
    Miles done 26.54
    total miles 670.75 done

    *4/26 stat miles done 670.75
    Miles done 29.24
    ***new total miles done 699.99

    Once again so very sorry for the inaccurate totals...

    This cold rainy spring is getting in the way of long outside walks. :( Added 1.5 miles yesterday and 4.25 miles today since we had some sunshine.

    April total 57.75 miles. Getting closer I think, but I still have miles to make up.
