I plan to continue walking, eating healthier, drinking more water, continue to be more conscious of food portions, and paying closer attention to when I'm full.0

This journey will continue - by eating more veggies and fruit. Making good food choices and reading labels. I plan on continuing my strength training and cardio training.0
