P90X Legs and Back today. Whoever scheduled Biceps and Back on Wednesday and more back work on Friday is a masochist. It probably doesn't help that I did the last one at 8:30pm on Wed and this one at 4:30am today, but my back was still pretty sore.
Fat2Burn, have you done P90X and if so how do you like it compared to P90X3? I'm enjoying P90X, but I just can't see myself dedicating 90 minutes a day to it on an ongoing basis.
Dave, yes I did P90X, on and off. I like X3 because they are half hour workouts. I get up a little earlier rip through it and get on with my life.0 -

That's my plan as well, I'm currently getting up at 4:30 to do my P90X, and since I often don't get to sleep until 1-2am, it gets a little old. If the results are at least reasonably similar I'd sure love to sleep in until 5:30.0 -

A couple days off on my initial start date but I'm here and I'm ready. Today's Beach body workouts included Rockin Body mark, move and groove and hip hop abs fat burning cardio. 45 mins total. Definitely make you sweat!0

Insanity™..
In week 2 of Month 2.
I used to do Insanity before, years ago, but only made it through the first month.
The second month kicks *kitten*!
Good lord, if I'm doing the month 1 exercises now, no matter how hard I push, it's -Easy-.
It doesn't bust my buttocks even half as much anymore.
The exercises of month two however? They get me growling like a wild animal.
I have to mop the floor each time I finished, and try not to slip over my own sweat during.
Today is Max Interval Circuit.. 60 minutes of total Insanity, for sure.

My results are crazy and very obvious, both in appearance and in performance!
After all of this Insanity, when I finish, I'm not done yet however.
I plan to follow up Insanity with Insanity MAX30, then with The Asylum..
