For a quick snack or side to a protein.

Saute in a non-stick pan:
3 cups of raw spinach
3/4 cup kimchi

Add to taste:
granular/ powder garlic
black pepper
crush red pepper (for extra heat)

Cook until wilted.

Serve over:
1 cup Basmati rice (190 calories)
1/2 cup brown rice (+108 calories)
chicken breast (+ 250 calories)
boneless pork chop (+ 250 calories)

Etc....
