I took all of the urls from the Nutrisystem page and made a word document, you have to cut and paste every time you post... I'm not very computer literate, I followed the instructions that everyone was posting on another group!

5/4 - 23 minute walk in the morning scale went up a bit this morning, but that is probably from the dinner out from Sunday... back on track yesterday...mom is coming to visit this weekend, so will probably have some more up and down days with meals and weight. Doing a 1 mile fun walk on Saturday though... so that should help

I am a little past the halfway point to goal. Try to post the actual numbers before I leave. Catch up with you guys when I get back at the end of the month.0

Ok. I just got on NUMI and to be honest I have not been happy at all with the changes that NS has made. Especially in the way that it was handled. That being said, has anyone checked out the Recommended button on My Meals? You can select which meal, if you want to eat out or a recipe. For eating out, you can select what type of food, and it will then find recommended options close by you showing you the restaurant name, location and the nutritional info. I think it is pretty cool. It will use Geo tracking, or you can enter your zip code and radius miles and presto. I don't plan on using NUMI for tracking, except to enter my weight, as I want to keep getting my Nutribears. But I will definitely be using this recommended tool, and it would be great as more and more restaurants are added, along with recipes. Just thought I would share. NS will get a 1/2 thumbs up (maybe a full one) for this from me. Maybe there is something true about "improvements" and "enhancements" but geez they really could have handled this better (sorry...I guess I will get over this eventually). Also one more tip, if you are just starting to use NUMI to track your weight, be sure to enter your original weight on the intro questions, and then on your next weight loss just do an update to your new weight.0

That little cold I had turned into a major case of bronchitis. Wound up in the ER Thurs.day night barely able to breathe. Taking antibiotics and steroids with a bronchial inhaler until I see my DR on Tuesday. Needless to say I had to cancel our vacation and of course lost all the money we spent on airfare, hotel and cruise fare. Following the medical advice from the ER, I am taking the meds, drinking lots of fluids and resting. Don't know when I will be able to exercise again so while I am not dropping out of the challenge, let's just say I will be inactive for a while.0

Hey guys, sorry to not be around. Computer time has been short. Doctor's appointment went well the other day. It was just a checkup and the staples are coming out on Friday. I so can not wait and hope this will mean I will have some more freedom and maybe back into the walking boot soon. I hate my knee walker. LOL
You guys are doing great.
