For those wanting to know how to set-up a signature. I have a word document that I keep on the computer (desktop for easy access). Every time I go to post I go to that document and copy and paste in here.

Here is an image of the HTML code for a similar signature, you would just need to add your tickers just like you would have on the NS boards. I even have the code there for red text.

Christine & Roger - thanks so much for the well wishes. I am doing much better today.

Saw my Dr. yesterday, he says I am just about over the Bronchitis. Today is my last day on the meds and I am feeling much better. Doc cleared me to travel so I am going to try and salvage what I can of our Caribbean Cruise. We missed the 1st week due to my being sick so we are flying down to Miami on Friday to catch the ship when it returns from week 1 to refuel before it heads out for week 2.

Probably won't be on here until we return at the end of the month. Catch up with everyone then.

hope you feel better soon yourself! i hated the walkers and crutches and loved being able to get into a walking boot after i'd had surgery lol. as you can probably tell from my sig... not all that coordinated

Janet: Glad you are feeling better and are finally leaving on your cruise. Enjoy!!

Kel: I know what you mean. Both knees are arthritic and some days are rough, but I found the more active I was the better things were the majority of the time. Except when I would over do it.

Kimberly: Doing good. Knees are bothering knee from lack of movement though (see above).

Annie: It's great that you're signing up for more. I don't know when I will be able to get back to it. There is a 5K in September that I have done the last 2 years and I'm not sure if I will be able to do it.

    5/14 - 45 minutes

NSV today, I had a surprise webinar today at work, instead of complaining about how boring it would be, I shut my door and walked in place...for 45 minutes!!!Managed to get ALL my steps for the day and 45 minutes of activity that I would not normally had!!

I got the staples removed today. It's still very tender and can't really put weight on it right now. But I am cleared to start putting weight on it when it gets to where I can stand it without much pain. If all goes well I should be able go back to work in a month. Not sure just how long till I can get back to walking, but I can't wait. It's so beautiful outside.

    Hi All
It has been raining earlier and is supposed to rain again this evening. On the Bright side that means I do not have to go water the new plantings today or tomorrow.

    Have a Great Weekend
