Didn't sleep well last night so I was dragging today. Somehow managed 1.5 mils anyway. Sure hope I sleep better and am back to normal tomorrow.

Went on an early morning ride today. My schedule for today is just unreal. Scheduled to make a speech at the local hospital today, and tonight I am singing the Conformation Mass at our Parrish with the Archbishop. So gonna be a late night for me, but it was totally beautiful weather for a ride this morning.

Walked the dogs this morning. Then this afternoon a huge thunderstorm came through and when it passed the temperature dropped to 70F. So guess what I did? I had a beautiful run, with speed intervals. It was glorious.
Tomorrow is another travel day. I'm going to move the other son out of his dorm.
