Definitely not 'seeing' a difference, but I carry most of my weight in my belly and chest so I'll have to lose quite a bit to actually see a difference. I lost 30 lbs last summer and visually, it was impossible to tell in my stomach. My face and neck slimmed down a bit, but not so much in the middle area.

I feel you. Definitely going to do this challenge again along with squats.

Did two and a half minutes today. My core isn't struggling so much as my arms. Guess I gotta start doing push ups too.0
