Went to an amusement park w the family so it was 8 hours of walking. Had a soft serve ice cream and usually I love me some ice cream but ugh..... no. Good to have those moments when you realize certain things aren't as good as you thought they were.

horrible start thus far... busy weekend and no time to plan for healthy eating, just eat when you can and what is offered. tomorrow is a new week, so let's get this party started 0/200

@billamysmith--hang in there! You can turn it around!

Green: No.

Had an ice cream treat and it wasn't worth the calories. I am really working on limiting my ice cream to more "simple" treats, both to cut sugar and to treat myself without going crazy with calories.0 -

@R_Queenie its bread that gets my DH every time - particularly artisan bread - it switches on his gluttony.
@billamysmith - as you say, a new day and a new week - and you're just the person to make this work.
@foxbat2828 - you're of to a crackin' start for June, well done -
@bbinoa - congrats on those inches!! and all those steps at the amusement park. Aren't NSV's (non scale victories) the business and sooooo the best.
@2marsh - red days can be good, can be planned and best of all a celebration of out friends and families. They only become a problem when they're a daily occurrence, as we all know too well.

@bbinoa fantastic! Very motivating for those moments when the scale doesn't move as much.

Feeling very pleased as we ate out/take out a few times with family visiting but still managed to keep it green with some wriggle room (just in case!).0 -
