Maybe its the MCT oil I just ordered. IDK. I added a teaspoon in my coffee and I have this euphoric calming energetic feeling right now. I hope it stays with me through my noon Spin class...or is this asking too much? 
Has anyone else's energy finally kicked in. I've been in Ketosis for just about 5 weeks now. Measuring my urine on the sticks BUT I just received the Keto-meter cant wait to test my blood!
side-note* ordered the meter off Amazon unknowingly they did not come with strips??? So I am ordering those over the long weekend. Which by the way cost way too much Da%! money.

I've got surge of energy probably within 3 weeks of being on keto, i kept cleaning my house, started working out again and just really couldn't sit still. Good stuff!

I hit good energy pretty early on, but yes, anytime I have my LOADED TEA (kind of a primal/bullet proof blend with tea instead of coffee) with coconut oil (1-3 TBSP depending on day), I do get that awesome low-burn energy. As long as I get in enough water, it lasts me pretty much my whole work day (I usually make my tea around 7-7:30 am, and my day is over around 5 pm....). It took me a little while to adjust to it at first, but I LOVE it. MCT is one of the main components in Coconut oil...0

I don't do the coffee, but Keto and the associated weight loss has given me a huge amount more energy.

My energy skyrockets within 3 days of start. But then, I limit my carbs to around 5 per day.
BTW: Please don't order more keto-styx from Amazon. I've found them unreliable. They also have an expiration date - at which time they don't work. The ones from the drug store are so much better. Usually sold at the pharmacy counter0
