No Leslie today but did a 35 minute routine outdoors using an audio CD that I really like (Prevention's Walk Yourself Fit Program with Chris Freytag). It has 5 different walking programs plus warm up and cool down. I try to walk outside at least once a day, even if it's only walking the dogs, which I also did for about 45 minutes tonight. There was a lovely breeze and less humidity than last night and we really enjoyed ourselves.0

Well I have managed 51.3 miles so far this month. Going to do my best to hit the 60 mile goal I set. For July I am bumping up to 70 miles. I hope the weather is better tomorrow so I can walk outside. I think Chris Freytag is a wonderful instructor. I've got her 2 Week Turn Around series. Fun and challenging.
DH and I also enjoyed the low humidity yesterday. But the heat is coming back today... but thank goodness for air conditioning and DVD's!

Pinky I traveled to NY on Wednesday and then went to Montreal on Thursday, through Malone and Constable NY to pick up my son and his family at the airport! It was scary to know that the very next day they caught the 2nd escapee right by the road we were on! However, we can now safely hike our mountains so will be racking up the miles and elevations! :laugh:
