Day 4- Pre logged some of the day. Not sure what dinner will be, so I had a light breakfast. Need to drink more water today.0

Sometimes logging just seems impossible. I have created a food called "event feast-my bad" and made it worth 1200 calories. When it is just not worth the effort to log I use it and detail the food in my notes. I use it for family dinners sometimes, potluck, times I really just don't know. I don't use it often, maybe 12 times a year but it is handy.0

Had a bad food weekend that extended right until Monday for the baby's birthday. No gym had either. I need to get it together for real.
