    You are an inspiration to me !!..I am new to MFP. My goal is to loose 200lb.. Being 50 and going through menopause and a very sedentary life style.. I have my work cut out for me.. But it is time for ME now !!.. I have always been the caretaker to whom everyone that comes around me. Things are starting to "fall apart"..lol so to speak. I know I make joke of it but I seriously need to get my life back in order for myself !! Daughter is getting married in a couple years. I certainly want to live to see at least one grandchild, and even be there for her wedding. Thanks for creating a group like this.

    Truly a great job. Please tell us more about how you did this. Cold turkey or a "bad" day here and there? How much did you cut your daily calories count ? A lot of people ,incl. Me , really want to know.
