Pushing hard to try to hit 100 lbs. down by my birthday. I'd like to have a celebratory/birthday dinner; not to gorge on food, but to feel comfortable eating caloric foods, maybe at maintenance calorie targets, for dinner.
We're very busy at work right now, and will continue to be for the next few weeks. I haven't been feeling cravings for food, but expect it may start once the fatigue and tiredness kick in.

Made it through one vacation and one wknd road trip. Leaving Wednesday for 12 days of driving halfway across the country and back. To say I'm a little nervous would be a huge understatement! I have planned my foods for the drives, it's the resort living that scares me. I WILL do the best I'm able and I WON'T beat myself up over the choices I'm forced to make. And I'm going to try to get some steps in at every rest stop and hopefully get a few chances for some good runs. Pray for me!!
Month to Date Exercise (Monthly Goal):
Steps: 125,526 (400,000)
Miles: 50.2 (175)
C25k: thru w5d2
Squats: work toward 50 per day - YUCK!0 -

Vacations scare me too, but they are fairly infrequent. One of the reasons I've started to like running is the ability to bring shoes and clothes almost anywhere, and get in a quick exercise. A lot tougher with a bicycle...
Enjoy your vacation.0 -

Went on vacation last week - so I'm not too sad that I didn't lose ... hoping next weigh in will be better. Went to a "weight loss physician" trying a new meal plan.0 -

Thanks Matt! Thankfully vacations are few and far between here, too. We'll be in Breckenridge, so if the altitude allows it, I WILL be running. It's the "chuck wagon dinner" that scares the bejeebers outta me!0 -

They're all the same unless it's beginning water weight. Keep doing what you've done and you'll keep seeing what you've seen.
And +1 on the congratulations on meeting your goal.0 -

Still pushing hard, and on track, to hit 100 lbs. down by my birthday (Sep. 3).
Ordered the parts to fix my bike; assuming I diagnosed the problem correctly, I'll start racking up some cycling miles soon. I thoroughly enjoy my weekend rides, and can't wait to get back to it.

However I went hard on my workouts and committed to the journey and everything seems to be going down again as of this morning. So yay to the progress and staying determined!0 -
