Struggles: Got to the gym, but backslid on eating a couple days (being forced to stay up until 4 AM working on a computer issue messes with my appetite).
Success: At least I'm not gaining, and I hammered out 3 full squats at 500 at the end of my workout last week and they felt GREAT. Tomorrow's deadlift day, and I've got some energy to burn!0 -

Success: I've cut out sodas successfully except for the one glass of Pepsi that I allowed myself at my birthday dinner. I was also really good at prepping my meals and eating healthy during the week.
Struggles: This was my birthday weekend. I decided to enjoy myself and not obsess over my food. I suprised myself because even though I had comfort food I didn't go overboard like I thought I would.
Exercise: managed only 1 workout on the elliptical but I did accomplish my goal of going to the YMCA to research the prices of joining.

Pushing hard to try to hit 100 lbs. down by my birthday. I'd like to have a celebratory/birthday dinner; not to gorge on food, but to feel comfortable eating caloric foods, maybe at maintenance calorie targets, for dinner.
We're very busy at work right now, and will continue to be for the next few weeks. I haven't been feeling cravings for food, but expect it may start once the fatigue and tiredness kick in.

Made it through one vacation and one wknd road trip. Leaving Wednesday for 12 days of driving halfway across the country and back. To say I'm a little nervous would be a huge understatement! I have planned my foods for the drives, it's the resort living that scares me. I WILL do the best I'm able and I WON'T beat myself up over the choices I'm forced to make. And I'm going to try to get some steps in at every rest stop and hopefully get a few chances for some good runs. Pray for me!!
