Log my food everyday. Have been trying to lose these 5 lbs for a long time but seem to only lose a couple lbs and then gain them back every other week. TRY to eat around 1600 calories...0 -

Married working mom of 3 kids (5 yr old daughter / twin 2 year old boys) - I run 2-3 days a week during lunch, Bowflex lift weights 2 or 3 days a week as well. So many twins already so I'm just going to post my stats! No kids, unfortunately I work in an office so I'm used to being pretty sedentary during the day, but trying to change that and eat healthier. Also, just rescued a dog so he'll be more motivation to get out and move (if I can get him to cooperate!) Let me know if we're twins!
