Weight loss: I seemed to have stalled this month, but my water intake has drastically lowered as well and it could have been leading up to TOM bloating... so we'll see. 1.5 lbs a week used to be pretty normal for me, hasnt changed in a bit. Inches are definitely coming off, I'm wearing pants today that I couldnt zip up a month ago0 -
Nice!0

WT: 182
Crb: 50
Cal: 1200-1300
Ex: 45-60 minutes 6 days a week

Hoping to tweak my routine since some days I feel good and enjoy working out and other days I'm lightheaded and feeling sick to my stomach.0 -
Wt: 154
Carbs: Set at 15g total (haven't been tracking the last month as part of my September challenge. Starting up again today.)
Calories: 1200 + Exercise calories (based on Fitbit adjustment, which gives me back approx. 75% burn in eating calories)
Exercise: 6 days per week. Lightest day = 45 min weightlifting; Heaviest day = 10 miles running (approx. 1hr 40min)
Weight loss: About 0.5lb per week over the last month (again, I wasn't tracking or restricting calories last month--only limiting carbs). Lost about 7.5 lbs the previous month with tracking--a little less than 2 lbs per week.0 -

EX: 2 days/week bodyweight training, 3 or 4 days/week long walks or 20-min HIIT
Weight loss weekly: sporadic. I'm at 5.4lb to goal. The body fights me. I lost 1lb this week. Nothing 3 months before that though.0 -
Wt: 229
Crb: <20g
Cal: usually 1800-2300 except when I drop low every once in a while to switch things up.
Ex:4 days a week 60-90 min
Weekly weight loss: It's sporadic for me too now, in the beginning I'd loose 3-5lbs a week, now I can go weeks without loosing, then loose 3-6 lbs at once.0 -
I'm post-RNY WLS, so my numbers may skew your data...
weigh: 180lbs
carbs: <20 (set at 35g)
calories: 800 (set at 1003, doctor-ordered and supervised)
exercise: 10k steps per day, 30-90 minutes of yoga 5x week
weight loss weekly: 2-5lbs, depends on the week0 -
Weight: 158.6 lbs
Carbs: Usually around 60-70 total, 45-55 net
Calories: Target is 1900, I'm averaging right around 2000/day, looks like
Exercise: I probably average around 200 calories burned per day, but that's spread out over a week in which I might burn 400 one day and 0 the next, and lots of in-between days. I'm also still breastfeeding a toddler, so that accounts for some amount of calorie burn, but I don't try to track it.
Weekly weight loss: Over the past 90 days, I've only lost net 10lbs, with several ups and downs. But I've gone down a couple of sizes. You can see my before-after pics from this same time period. Over the past 5 months or so, I've lost closer to 40 lbs. I had a huge loss in the beginning.
So, some weeks I lose a few pounds. Some weeks I gain them back, particularly around my cycle or if I kick the exercise up a notch (and the food calories tend to follow, but I'm kind of okay with that.)
I'm hoping to eventually whittle my way down to 145 lbs, but I'm in no hurry. If it takes me two more years, so be it. I'm at a healthy weight for my height these days.0 -
Oh, and you didn't ask, but I see that others have posted what they do for exercise, so I will follow suit: Pilates, Yoga, Barre Fit (a little Pilates/Yoga/Ballet/Resistance Training), walking, stationary bike, elliptical, and bodyweight exercises (planks, push-ups, squats, etc.) Plus whatever else presents itself (hiking, biking, swimming--stuff I can do outside with my family.)0

WT: 219
Carb: usually under 30 total/ 10-20 net
Cal: 1250 + about half of my fitbit calories (usually 1300-1400, sometimes a little higher)
EX: just started more walking and trying some weights
Weight loss weekly: about 1 lb a week but gained this week, i think it's water weight from exercising
Third full week of 16-8 IF (I dont think it's doing much for me)

lol... this made me laugh, not in a mean way, and I'm definitely not suggesting this is what you think... But it made me think of me and how many times I said that. Now.... I just admit, I don't really WANT to exercise. I want the benefits... but I don't REALLY want to exercise.
So my turn.
Weight: 185lbs
Carbs: I try to stay as close to zero as possible. I get incidental ones from eggs, mayo, coffee cream but I'm pretty sure on non-salad days it's less than 10g net, and every other day I'll have about 1/2 head of romain lettuce as a "salad".
Calories: I don't track but rough calculations are saying I'm averaging between 1200 & 2000 depending. I have several low days then a few high days back and forth.
Excercise: I walk the dog 2km most days. Every other day I do about 10 min of body weight exercise. Squats or pushups mostly. My job is mostly standing. I don't have a pedometer but I know I do a LOT of walking in a day, so weight baring but not cardio.
Loss: I consistently average 2lbs a week like clock work, except during TOM where there is, often, but not always, no loss.

WT: 235lb
Crb: Goal is technically 0, I usually end up with more around 25-30 (I've got a latte habit I really should break)
Cal: 1800-2200
EX: Not much currently (at least not on a regular basis), though I've started getting some movement in with my new standing desk setup, and have been going on hikes occasionally.
Weight loss weekly: .5-1lbs. Well, it averages out to that. It tends to not show for three weeks, then drop down 4 or 5 pounds in three days. Progress is also easily hindered, thanks to PCOS with insulin resistance, so if I'm not strict on what works, I'm prone to stalling or even gaining.0
