I'm having a really difficult time losing weight now. I got down to my CW within a year just by cutting back all the garbage I was eating. After I stopped losing, I began working out.
I work out 5 days a week, but may only burn about 200-300 calories each time.
I'm trying to eat 1200 calories a day.
I haven't lost weight in months. I am so frustrated!

Was thin (125 or less) up until the age of 27, then I became hypothyroid and my weight has bounced around since then. My high weight was last September (2014), and I lost weight doing WW from 9/14 to 2/15. Then life got crazy, but I've managed to maintain. I have two older kids (11 and 14), but I'm thinking of TTC this winter, so I'd really like to stay on track!

I am not as concerned with weight as I am with measurements. I am doing some weight lifting as well as diet and cardio so I expect to gain some muscle to misconstrue my progress as far as lbs lost is concerned.

Hey, I'm looking for a buddy (or 2) to trade sugar free and yoga type exercise tips with (I can't cardio very well for health reasons), I'm just starting out with the fitness pal thing.
I'm a yoga teacher (I know, ironic to be struggling with a few lbs, but it's been a rough couple of years personally) so I'm fairly active, but I do love my chocolate!
I've been refined sugar free for a little over 2 weeks now.
