 Was thin (125 or less) up until the age of 27, then I became hypothyroid and my weight has bounced around since then. My high weight was last September (2014), and I lost weight doing WW from 9/14 to 2/15. Then life got crazy, but I've managed to maintain. I have two older kids (11 and 14), but I'm thinking of TTC this winter, so I'd really like to stay on track!

 I am not as concerned with weight as I am with measurements. I am doing some weight lifting as well as diet and cardio so I expect to gain some muscle to misconstrue my progress as far as lbs lost is concerned.

            Hey, I'm looking for a buddy (or 2) to trade sugar free and yoga type exercise tips with (I can't cardio very well for health reasons), I'm just starting out with the fitness pal thing.
 I'm a yoga teacher (I know, ironic to be struggling with a few lbs, but it's been a rough couple of years personally) so I'm fairly active, but I do love my chocolate!
 I've been refined sugar free for a little over 2 weeks now.

            Hi Trisha, It's been really challenging with disturbed sleep and serious mood swings! But I am a die hard sugar junkie eating around 25tsp a day in chocolate, biscuits and other processed foods. I keep focusing on losing the 'haze' (I have serious memory issues) and the spare tyre that I cannot shift from my middle. Things have been a little better today and I am determined to stick with it. I have Sarah Wilson's book 'I quit sugar' and she said you feel better after about a month...0
