    Same goals for me too as it is taking too long to come up with new ones. :/ One change would be dropping it down a day for each goal since I'm going out of town for the weekend... Will still attempt to get everything in. :)

    Lol! That was to TJ about not wearing heels.

    Nope, no wedges either. I have been wearing my keds for a week. I feel ridiculous in business attire and blue keds. It is getting better though so hopefully I will be able to wear heels and work out next week.

    Still out of the competition this week though. Sorry Team!!!

    2:Log everything
    3: Stay under weekly allot cals

    HUMP day update

    1 - Running distance progressions, add 1 mile each week (this week will be 3 miles) not done planned for Sat
    2 - No Alcohol - so far ziltch :)
    3 - Do my own planned workouts. On track!

    planned workouts are

    12 week to fit week 1 days 4 / 6
    run 3 miles - Saturday
    Flex 3x - 0 / 3 Thurs / Fri & Sat
    Fit test from week 1 Plan Friday

    Finished the week, not a drop of alcohol :) and got my planned workouts and 3 mile run in.

    NEXT WEEK THREE GOALS (merge one goal, so added a new one)

    1 - No Coffee after 6pm (this will reduce by an hour each week, I'm a coffee fiend)
    2 - No Alcohol for duration of challenge
    3 - Do my own planned workouts.

    12 week to fit week 1 days 4 / 6
    Running distance progressions, add 1 mile each week (this week will be 4 miles)

    Do attack workouts even if exempted

    Hey as awesome as this challenge is, I have to drop out because I watch the series a week or so after it airs and it would be spoiler city if I read someone died. Keep on Rockin it badasses!

    Oh my goodness!!! I totally forgot to check in yesterday!! :( I worked a 14 hour shift and came home to crashed :( I'm sorry guys, I'm going to see if I am part of the horde or if I can still make it!

    Changing it up for this week's goals since I was injured during Krav Maga :/
    1-NO ALCOHOL
    2-Maintin at daily caloric goal
    3-HYDRATE !!! 64oz/dy
