    Whoa! I so wish I had some before pics now. I REALLY can't believe how much more youthful everyone looks in their after pictures. Really, it's astounding!!! I don't think it's just because they weigh less. I know the feeling represented in the before pictures. Low energy, bloating etc. Then you find this WOE and you not only lose weight but your health improves and it shows, big time! Way to go everyone. You all look amazing!!!!!!!!

    Such amazingly wonderful transformations for everyone!! I am just now getting time to look at them... Later on because I'm at work now, I will post a before from 30 lbs ago, but it was not with LCHF...since I am just starting this WOE...but I can hardly wait to get into it full swing, and see a healthier version of me. You all look so much healthier and glowing!!

    Ok so I looked at some of the success stories from other WOE. Is it my imagination or do people who eat LC just look healthier. There seems to be something about improvements in skin texture

    Hopefully this works. I know it's not Friday anymore, but I had a tough time finding a before pic. This was 15 lbs ago. Probably more, because I ate so much that day!
