Hello, everyone!
Sitting on the sidelines is not agreeing with me. I am fighting the urge to jog...but I was told that if this heel doesn't heal (tongue twister), I will be in a serious world of hurt for a long time. That being said, I am posting the workout for W5, D2, and will continue to post on Mon, Wed, Fri, and hope to return with the "all clear" on November 14th.
W5, D2
Brisk, 5-minute warmup walk, then:
Happy wogging!

Did W5D2 this morning.
It seemed like I was dying for the time to be over until the last minute of each segment when I was in The Zone!0 -

lol...gosh it is a struggle in the winter, though I hope and pray that if I fight the urge and make myself exercise then at least I will feel less of the symptoms of SAD

Good luck, guys! It feels worse feeling guilty, lazy and lethargic all week than it does those couple of minutes while running!0
