I was happy when I got on the scale this afternoon, although I think that since my weigh bounces up and down so much I might actually see a gain next Monday.
Yeeeeaahhh... just as I suspected. I bounced back up to 133 again after the fluke Monday weigh in. Re-posting my check-in.

I'm in! I'm on day #12...a little late to join, I just found this group. CW was 137 on Tuesday and goal is 133 by the end of January. Ultimate goal high 120's. I'm 41 and always stayed around 126-128 until my 4th pregnancy which resulted in a hysterectomy...I feel like I could eat an apple a day and still gain!0

Me too. Just read a good article that mentionned the "dieting" and "cheat day" mentality breeds fear of food type thinking that actually results in more temporary life changes. Considering this a lifelong habit has helped me stick with it!
