There is not a lot of posting except by a couple of people and only 4 of us consistently posting our weigh ins.

Where did everyone go?

I agree! I miss our community- but I gotta say it is still a good feeling to know that there are a few of us still around being supportive.

I see 73 members, but definitely not everyone is posting their weight for the weigh-ins. :(

Well if you look at the weight log you can easily see who has dropped off the group and who is still with us. We also gotta take into account that a week here or there people may have had hectic life events with family/work that may have distracted them from signing in to log. But the others that are 3 weeks and 4 weeks with no weight posting I would assume have dropped out of our challenge.

I know I'm still reaching for that goal, no matter how hard it is!

Even if you have a bad week, or 3 bad weeks, its a 6 month journey! We are almost at the half way mark.

That right there is something to think about- 6 months, almost half way there. We can totally do this.

I think these past 3 months have already given me my new lifestyle regarding eating and exercising....I surely won't give in and will continue even after February 2016...

I'm still here, not working out or eating helathy. But I haven't given up, just working long days at work and focusing on making money.

You can still eat healthy while working long hours- try just making better choices when eating (like if you have to eat out) or pack a healthy lunch/dinners. The not having time to workout sucks- I feel that right now but I'm not giving up either :).

You're welcome. I know, definitely have to work hard at it. Finding a steady meal plan is crucial.

Yay! At least there's a few regulars still checking in. Feel pretty busy myself- kept forgetting to weigh in till Thursday or Friday but still trying to check in regularly. Haven't been running much but keeping track of calories and keeping the deficit helps.

I'm of course excited for the holidays, but I almost can't wait till spring to be able to run outside again in the nice weather. I rather enjoyed doing that. I feel like that's why many people fall off the workout train- this time of year it's hard to feel motivated to get out.

I'm trying to do everything I can, like park far away everywhere I go, walk places more, just move more. I feel like it's been working- even without running I'm still slowly losing from doing that and eating healthy. :)

I was looking back at my old post. I can't believe it's been that long since I weighed in or posted anything. I've been walking but between finals and my "break" from school (48-60 hr work weeks instead of class) I guess I dropped the ball.

Welcome back, hope things are going well other than working like crazy?

Hi, I disappeared and now I'm back. Two vacations, a devastating loss, final course to complete my masters, family issues and the list goes on. My journey should've been the first thing I was thinking about but it didn't even make the list. No excuses. Will pick up where I left off and hope that by the end of this challenge, I can at least take off the weight I gained over the past 4 months (10 lbs). It was so hard to get it off and so easy to put it back on.

What matters now is that you made it through your rough times and decided to keep at this journey- glad you came back
